What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in from 12.30 p.m. until late at night; in such cases, we kindly ask you to inform us in advance.
Check-out is kindly requested by 10.00 a.m.
How far is it to the nearest beach?
The Hotel Toledo is perfectly located on the seafront of Jesolo, just 70 metres from the beach.
Does the Hotel provide Internet access?
Yes, wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and common areas FREE OF CHARGE.
Deposit
Upon confirmation of the booking, you will be asked for a deposit or a credit card guarantee.
My husband won’t be staying for the entire duration of the trip, what payment do you require for my son?
For the period in which both the son and the husband are staying, the son receives a discount based on his age; for the remainder of the stay, with only two people, the son pays the full rate.
Different prices may be offered during the low season.
Is returning to the hotel late at night possible?
Yes, of course: our reception is open 24 hours a day
Does the hotel have a private beach? Is it chargeable?
From 2024, the management of the beach has been passed to an external organisation independent of the hotels.
We have managed to reserve a number of sun lounger places for you, so that you can always relax in comfort, but we recommend that you reserve yours when you confirm your room.
In the past, we have always covered the costs for beach access. Regrettably, as the costs have now increased significantly, we are asking for a contribution of €13.00 for a beach parasol and two sunbeds (for the year 2025), per room per night, provided that you follow the same check-in and check-out procedures as for the room; while the cost of a daily beach parasol is €20.00.
The good news is that the beach parasols have all been replaced and positioned well apart to give you the maximum possible comfort.
Does the hotel have a garage and/or car park?
Private parking is included in the price; a garage can be reserved on request at a cost of €7.00 per day.

Cancellation Policy. How can I cancel my booking?
You may cancel your reservation up to 8 days before your arrival without incurring any charges (the deposit will be refunded). In the event that cancellation is notified late or not at all, the sum of €300.00 will be charged to your credit card or the deposit will be retained.
How do I pay the hotel bill?
We accept the following methods of payment:
Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, EuroCard, Bancomat, Maestro, American Express).
Bank cheques are accepted upon request to the management upon arrival; foreign cheques are not accepted.
The hotel also accepts payment in cash.
What if I am arriving by train, plane or bus?
If required, the hotel can organise a transfer service (for a fee) to and from Venice or Treviso airport, or the railway station in Mestre or San Donà di Piave/Jesolo. Alternatively, it is possible to use the public bus service of the Actv and Atvo companies.

Can I use the car park on the day of my departure?
Car parking spaces go alongside staying in a room. In the same way that the room is reserved for another guest on the day of departure, the same happens with the car park. However, if there is some availability, we will be very happy to accommodate you at an additional cost.
How much is the tourist tax?
The municipality of Jesolo may change the rates from year to year. The daily tourist tax per person for the year 2024 was 1,30 euros
Do you accept pets?
We accept dogs up to 15 kg for an additional charge of 8.00 euros per day.
The dog can stay in the hotel room and in the communal areas (except the dining room).
By order of the municipality, you may walk your dog on the beach promenade, but not in the areas where there are beach parasols or go into the sea.
